Scott Jacobson
FOUNDER
After spending close to 20 years in senior leadership roles at some of the biggest brands in the timeshare industry, Scott became a well-respected authority on vacation ownership. Throughout his career, he witnessed the transformative power of timeshares, helping families create lifelong memories through travel and adventure. However, he also observed the challenges many owners faced, particularly when it came to exiting their contracts.
Inspired by the stories of countless families who felt trapped and overwhelmed by their timeshare commitments, Scott decided it was time for a change. He recognized a growing need for a company that would not only help timeshare owners navigate the complexities of exits but also empower them to reclaim their freedom. Driven by his passion for customer service and a deep understanding of the industry, he founded Consumer Guardian Group, a firm dedicated to providing transparent, compassionate, and effective solutions.
With his extensive background, Scott ensured that Consumer Guardian Group was built on integrity and trust. He assembled a team of attorneys who shared his vision, creating a supportive environment where clients could feel understood and valued. As the company grew, Scott remained committed to helping families find peace of mind and closure, turning a once daunting experience into a positive journey.
Outside of his work, Scott finds balance in his life through his amazing wife, Amanda, and their two children. For Scott, every successful exit represents more than just a business achievement; it signifies a family reclaiming their travel dreams and forging new paths forward.
